Civil Engineering
I am a first-gen Ecuadorian Civil Engineer within my family. My journey into engineering was deeply influenced by my parents, who instilled in me a strong work ethic, morals, determination, and the belief that a good education is essential to unlocking opportunities. As a Hispanic individual, I draw strength from my cultural heritage which emphasizes resilience, community, and a profound respect for the environment and each other. These values have shaped my perspective as a daughter, student, and engineer, and continues to guide me in my pursuit of making this world a better place.

Something I love about my work at Qinti Invest is the project diversity. Longleaf pine wildfires, to hydrant flow testing, to 360-degree internal photography of manholes to soil surveys and GIS mapping on my couch. I’ve been with Qinti Invest just 3.5 years and I’ve already had the privilege of such variety. I am a geologist and GIS specialist, so my areas of interest and expertise provide me a lot of flexibility in the type of projects I can support. I’m really grateful to work at a company where I’m not limited by region or business line.
